The AURA Soy Candle turns any space into a sanctuary. Hand-poured from 100% natural soy wax with a pure cotton wick, it burns clean and steady — filling your room with a layered scent that lingers without overwhelming. Light it during meditation, journaling, or whenever you need to come back to yourself.

Fabric & fit
Hand-poured wax with a cotton wick in a reusable vessel. Even, clean burn.
Trim the wick to a quarter inch before each burn and never burn longer than 4 hours.

Care
Burn on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, and never leave it unattended.
Stop burning when about half an inch of wax is left in the vessel.
Shipping & exchanges
Every piece is made to order. Expect 2 to 5 business days of production before you get a tracking email, then normal carrier transit time on top of that.
We ship inside the United States only for now.
You get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves production. Track the shipment any time from your Shopify store account using the email you checked out with.
If a package is marked delivered but missing, or the carrier loses it in transit, email info@eminenthealthservice.org. We file the carrier claim ourselves. Once the claim is resolved we send a replacement.
All sales are final and we do not issue refunds on anything, physical or digital.
Candles, drinkware and blankets are final sale with no exchanges. They can only come back if they are unopened and unused and we shipped the wrong thing.
Fulfilment errors are handled separately and are not exchanges. If we ship the wrong item or it arrives damaged, a replacement is included: email info@eminenthealthservice.org with a photo within 7 days of delivery. If the carrier loses the package or it is stolen, we file the claim ourselves and issue a replacement once the claim is resolved.
