Care
Machine wash cold inside out with like colors, tumble dry low.
Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on the print.
Shipping & exchanges
Every piece is made to order. Expect 2 to 5 business days of production before you get a tracking email, then normal carrier transit time on top of that.
We ship inside the United States only for now.
You get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves production. Track the shipment any time from your Shopify store account using the email you checked out with.
If a package is marked delivered but missing, or the carrier loses it in transit, email info@eminenthealthservice.org. We file the carrier claim ourselves. Once the claim is resolved we send a replacement.
All sales are final and we do not issue refunds on anything, physical or digital.
AURA apparel: we do accept sizing exchanges within 7 days of delivery, on unworn and unwashed items with the tags still attached. Email info@eminenthealthservice.org with your order number and the size you want. You pay return shipping; we cover shipping the new size out to you. Exchanges only, never refunds.
Fulfilment errors are handled separately and are not exchanges. If we ship the wrong item or it arrives damaged, a replacement is included: email info@eminenthealthservice.org with a photo within 7 days of delivery. If the carrier loses the package or it is stolen, we file the claim ourselves and issue a replacement once the claim is resolved.
